ABOUT US
There have been many changes in the 100 year history of the Dover Fire Department. Today we operate two fire stations with over 200 members on the rolls. Instead of hose carts we currently operate 3 engines, 1 rescue/pumper, 1 quint, 2 utility trucks, 2 ambulances and 2 staff cars. We protect the Town of Dover which is approximately 50 square miles with a population of 8,500.
